as far as the song, Tornado beat me to it.. you had to be a child of the seventies, likely outside of the US to recognize the tune... "watch out we're mad", aka "juntos son dinamita" in Mexico was the film. Look up "oliver onions - dune buggy" for the main song of the flick... but yeah, overall bunny lip sync a bit sloppy.
