I saw a program on TV like that. Their interpretation was that the babies stared at the puppets they thought were doing something unacceptable, but preferred the kind puppets.
Isn't it the responsibility of the home/business owners to remove the snow? Here we get a fine if it isn't cleared off 48 hours after the snow stops. Because walking on the road IS dangerous!
Do you wonder where they take the snow? I don't know about Montreal, but across the country in Edmonton, they take it to one of several ever-growing mountains of removed snow. Then there are bets as to how long it will take those mountain to melt. One year after an exceptionally snowy winter, one of the mountains was still several stories high when we went by on the May long weekend. I believe it was early August before it melted entirely.
With the hamsters, notice they didn't say pow or bang, they just sort of blew? Most hamsters will keel over if you blow a puff of air at them. Not that it isn't hilarious... Loved these!
My favourite is Tear This Up. She must have sent it to someone she could trust enough to laugh along with her, not at her. I really liked his photographs in Miss Peregrine's home for peculiar children.
From one of the "Little House" books by Laura Ingalls Wilder. A calf was bawling for his mother and the cow answered with a "soothing moo" Just saying "soothing moo" seems soothing to me!
