People in Costa Rica and Japan live till their 110 years old cuz they live old school with basics: good food, clean water, basic walking, and clean air. Here in the USA we are dying at age 55 from all these big macs, radiation and chemicals in our food and working ourselves to death staring at computers all day. $$$ Consumerisim and the pollution and chemicals it causes is killing us.
It makes pure sense to me this guy wants to bring it down BACK TO THE BASICS. The man may live to 110! While we are slaving away at work with our big macs till about age 55!
