How much medical testings were done? Probably not that many. Most of cases,they have a medical problem and can be fix with the right treatment. Philippines is a poor country,so I highly doubt they went and try to get help from a doctor.

I am from Southern Louisiana...pure cajun..this crap sounds retarded,lol although,mardi gras isn't as fun as it use to be when i was growing up. I honestly wouldn't take my kids there now-a-day. The last few times i took them,i had a drunk man hit my daughter in the face just trying to run to grab a single bead.(small bruise under her eye)Another time my daughter caught a stuff animal drenched in beer.
