My terribly tacky Dune-themed standby is a sundae named Coffee with Melange. Coffee ice cream, bananas, and a brown sugar sauce spiked with cinnamon and the Southern French flavoring called Parfumes Melanges (see Paula Wolfert's The Cooking of Southwest France as it's pretty complex). The dish kind of preceded the name, but since Spice pretty clearly tastes like something more complex than just cinnamon. . .
Besides, it's out-of-this-world delicious.
