Amazing Review of Star Wars Episode One

[YouTube - Link]

This is the first part of an amazing, irreverent, funny, rude 70-minute review of the failures of The Phantom Menace. It contains language that is NSFW, but is also a fantastic critique of the film. Heartbreaking and hilarious at the same time.

All seven 10-minute segments are collected at slashfilm.com, where blogger Peter Scirette writes:
Some guy named Mike from Milwaukee, WI put together a 70-minute video review discussing the many reasons why the movie was horrible. And this isn’t your usual fanboy rant, this is an epic, well-edited well-constructed piece of geek film criticism. In fact, the way I learned about the video was from Lost co-creator and Star Trek producer Damon Lindelof, who said “Your life is about to change. This is astounding film making. Watch ALL of it.”

I watched the first segment a couple of days ago. It's really quite funny and oh-so spot on. Who needs to kick Jar Jar around when there are so many other things wrong with this movie?

That was actually insightful once you acclimate to the voiceover guy (love the Ewan McDonald and Queen Amidalan). A link to the rest of it would have been nice.

Oh yeah, YouTube Link! I feel like a fool now for seeing this piece of crap 8x in theater alone. Not to mention purchasing the dvd (only once!) o_O
