Have you met Luna the Fashion Kitty yet? She is indeed the most stylish kitten around, with a full wardrobe of clothing, and BuzzFeed’s collection of photos of her is simply irresistible.
A kitty in the UK was hit by a car and brought to an animal shelter, but released to the area she was found shortly after, since vets realized she had just had a litter of kittens. Right after she was released, she started howling and the person who brought her back followed her to her litter of kittens, who were severely dehydrated. Thanks to the cat’s quick thinking and the attentiveness of the RSPCA inspector, her kittens were saved and the whole family made a speedy recovery.

Callie Mae is a survivor kitty. She has no more than nubs after her legs were amputated in an accident, but she still plays and even can catch mice. While the shelter has received dozens of adoption requests, they’re holding out to ensure she can get a home that will be able to handle her special needs.

There are tons of cat photos around the net, but Petfinder.com has recognized that almost all of these feline fatales are happily-owned pets. To bring attention to Adopt-A-Cat Month and to celebrate homeless kitties in need everywhere, the site launched a new contest where you can vote for the cutest photos of homeless cats at a variety of shelters. The shelters with the most votes win kitty bed/scratching post combos and hopefully the kittens pictured will be adopted lickity split.
I just can’t stop watching this hypnotic video of a cat mindlessly licking food from the man’s fingers. It’s so funny and yet, somehow disturbing.

Whether you love PETA or hate them, you still may find the humor in their new campaign to change the word for “fish” to “sea kittens.” Maybe they took the word “catfish” a bit to far, but you have to wonder is a fish still a fish by any other name?
Personally, I find this to be further discrimination against ugly animals. If they con you into thinking fish are like adorable little kitties, will it really get you to stop eating more fish? As for me, go ahead and dish me up some delightful meowing sushi, I’m hungry.
Web Urbanist has a great new post up of some really unique felines. There’s the cat that predicts death, the seeing eye cat, the station master kitty and more. Most of them, if not all, have already been featured on Neatorama, but it’s great to see these kitties all in one place.
A fan of I Can Has Cheezburger sent them this delightful postcard he found in an antique store. The print is from 1905. The grammar may have been nicer back then, but those poor LOL Kitties are have been being denied food for over 100 years. What a shame. I think someone needs to start a charity organization to get kitties cheezburgers once and for all.
