What would Robocop, Hellboy, Batman and other comic characters look like if they had beards? You don’t have to wonder anymore. Behold Croatian illustrator Vanja Mrgan‘s series "Bearded": Link – via Laughing Squid

From his sawed-off demon horns and ever-present cigar to his massive stone hand, this creature is Hellboy. But those big button eyes, oversized head, crocheted body and zippered torso, surely that’s Sackboy from LittleBigPlanet?! 

Credit for this crocheted mashup goes to Caustic Muse, who designed it, based in part on an Etsy pattern.  Say hello to HellSackBoy!  He’s adorable and terrifying.

This fantastic papercraft model of Hellboy’s revolver The Good Samaritan features a working hinge and loadable bullets. It probably takes dozens of hours of tedious cutting and gluing, so why don’t we just gawk appreciatively at the pictures?
