He-Man footage is set to “I’m Sexy and I Know It” by LMFAO. I will never be able to hear this song anywhere again without thinking of He-Man and his cartoon body. -via The Daily What

He-Man’s days are numbered now that he faces a far more dangerous foe. Ryan Renders made this bust for a charity auction. And since we all know that Skeletor is a generous fellow, he’d appreciate the gesture.

These character interpretations, pictured above Cringer and Battle Cat from He-Man, Chewbacca, and Splinter from the Ninja Turtles, are not only creative in terms of design, they also look super cuddly!
Made from felted fabric by Justin Alan Volpe, these figures have a cartoony style that rarely comes across properly in soft sculpts. I hope he mass produces these figures some day, I want them all!

Even funnier than the punchline for this pic of corporate Prince Adam (He-Man) giving a powerpoint presentation is the fact that furry briefs are appropriate attire for their office! I guess it comes as no surprise that He-Man’s power bar is so much bigger than everyone elses.

DeviantART member Bewheel painted a team picture of “Bobby and the He-man villains: ’84 state champs.” An unbeatable team! Link -via @JohnCFarrier
Skeletor…well, he never really developed very keen social skills. Sometimes he just shows up to parties and such and tries to mingle like he’s friends with people who don’t know him or don’t really like him. And he generally doesn’t know when it’s time to leave. Not Now, Skeletor! is a new Tumblr blog that chronicles those awkward moments with him.
It’s like when he showed up to Neatorama’s annual meeting and staff party a couple of weeks ago, even though Miss Cellania had fired him for…well, we won’t get into that. Share your own Skeletor stories in the comments.

Would He-Man and the Masters of the Universe make more sense if the show was set in Brooklyn? Because that’s where an artist who goes by the moniker Kilroy III made an enormous snow fort modeled after Castle Grayskull. It’s large enough to fit three to four adults inside. There are several more pictures at the link.

Theresa Rohrer made these He-Man and Skeletor plushes for her four-year old nephew. They look so happy together, don’t you think?

Artist Jason Hernandez presented this medieval depiction of He-Man, Skeletor, Battle Cat, and Orko. The Latin inscription translates as “I am the master of the world!”

Artist Kiersten Essenpreis painted her vision of He-Man getting his distinctive haircut maintained in his spare time. She also shows what He-man’s nemesis Skeletor does on his day off!

What would He-Man and the rest of the Masters of the Universe look like if they were into fashion? No need to imagine, as artist Adrian Riemann had re-drawn them as if they were Hipsters of the Universe:
What would He-Man look like if he was really into fashion and indie rock? What if Skeletor was an American Apparel model living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn? What if She-Ra was an art school dropout that spent her time bar-hopping in the Lower East Side?
For the past few months artists Adrian Riemann has been creating a master work that answers these questions. Essentially, Riemann has remixed the characters of the popular 1980s "Masters of the Universe" cartoon series as highfalutin, Justice and Kid Cudi listening, circa 2009 hipsters. On top of that, he styled the characters in designer clothing as if this was a fashion spread in a magazine.
By the way, He-Man wears Dior Homme Jacket, April 77 Jeans, and Pierre Hardy shoes; Skeletor was no slouch himself with Loopwheeler Hoody, Cheap Monday Jeans, and YSL Shoes. I can safely say I’ve never even heard of such brands …
