Harry Potter And The Sorcerer's Stone As An R-Rated Movie

The Harry Potter series is meant to appeal to young adults, introducing teen and preteen readers to the fantasy genre while keeping the story YA friendly, but sometimes real life simply isn’t suitable for a general audience.

The world is generally an R-rated place, and to truly capture teens in an unedited format you’ve gotta go for the R.

The Fine Brothers have begun releasing a series of animated shorts that show what our favorite G and PG-rated movies would look like as R-rated films, starting with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Despite the title, and aside from a little cartoon blood, it's SFW!
