How To Make Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

I love cooking with my kids. The only problem is that my kids are really little (1,3,& 4) so I have to stick to projects that are simple and fast. I actually made ice cream cone cupcakes with them using this exact method. They loved them!

Warning: Don't over fill the cones! I did that with my first batch and it resulted in an unevenly baked mess.

My mom used to make cupcake cones and top them with pudding instead of icing, and sprinkles. I loved them so much I would ask for them instead of regular birthday cupcakes!
