Just roll out some sugar cookie dough, put a couple almonds on the ends to serve as nails, add in a few details and bake. When they're done, dust them with cocoa powder to accentuate the finger-like details.

While the original source doesn't mention it, these would be great if they were dipped in raspberry jam to the ends to make them look bloody.
