If you're going as an unicorn this Halloween I sincerely hope the costume is something you wanted to wear rather than something you had to wear to cover up a massive cyst on your forehead.
Because, come November 1st, you're going to have to take the horn off and go back to being the person with a massive cyst on their forehead, and then you may have to pay a visit to Dr. Sandra Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper (not for the squeamish).
