Rudolph may be taking a break from flying after a busy Christmas season, but his reindeer brethren have to get around. So they fly commercial.

The Siberian Times has the story of how a herd of reindeer is transported via Polar Airlines to travel to the 4th annual all-Russian reindeer herders' congress in Yakutsk, northern Russia.

And if you think a reindeer herder's convention is rather boring, just consider this: there're rumors that 18 reindeer were poisoned to death by competitors.
