Dinosaur Kingdom II in Virginia harkens back to the kind of attractions that popped up on roadsides between the rise of the American road trip and the construction of the interstate highways that bypassed so much of it. All you need are things people want to see, and that means dinosaurs and Civil War soldiers. Mark Cline is the owner of the new theme park which just opened this summer, but it’s far from his first. His bizarre vision depends little on historical accuracy and a lot on wacky entertainment. Read more about Dinosaur Kingdom II at Ozy.
