Residents reported seeing something strange racing through their neighborhood, but the police didn't believe it until they'd seen it with their own two eyes. It seems a ghost named Slimer had figured out how to possess a car, Christine style, and was now drag racing a ghostly horse drawn carriage down the New York City streets. The busters had been called in to deal with this ghost, but it appeared they had a bit of a problem getting to the scene- because the little green spud had stolen their car, the ECTO-1!
