Back in the day, we’d be amazed at film footage shot from an airplane if it was the least bit steady, and even boom shots like the Confederate triage area in Gone With The Wind. How’d they do that? But now, anyone with a small drone and something worth recording can make magic with a camera. Oh yeah, it still takes skill. These folks have skills.
The New York City Drone Film Festival, now in its third year, received 350 film submissions and was attended by 5,000 people. This video shows the highlights of some of those films. -via Viral Viral Videos
