A Photographic Glimpse Into The Lives Of Tokyo's Teens

Thanks to reality shows we know more than we probably should about being a teenager in America, but what's it like to be a teen growing up in Tokyo?

The best way to discover that unknown world is to follow teens around with a camera all day and night and see what they get up to.

But a video camera will only cause them to ham it up, so according to 22-year-old photographer Yuko Kusano you should just take snapshots instead.

Yuko shoots pics of young folks in the wild, her lens taking in the action rather than intruding on the scene, and the fact that many of the subjects are Yuko's friends means her photos are candid rather than canned, albeit with a bit of flair.
