Family Portrait: Movie, Comic Book and Literary Characters Posed as in Flemish Paintings

French photographer Sacha Goldberger (previously) is back with a follow-up to his 2014 Super Flemish photo series. His latest, Family Portrait, was created by dressing models as pop culture and comic book characters and posing them together as family portraits. The result is, again, an odd and intriguing mix of new Western culture and 16th century Flemish art.

Sse the photo series in entirety on Goldberger’s website and Facebook page.

I noticed the Reeve/Carter resemblance too but since I didn't have definitive info. on that, I iddn't write about it. But it appears to be Reeve's face, absolutely. Carter I wasn't as certain about, bur if Reeve's face was used, it's likely, I would think.

Am I imagining that she superimposed Christopher Reeve's face on to the Superman model? Or did she happen to find an amazing lookalike? Wonder Woman's a dead ringer for Linda Carter too, but not to that level of accuracy.
