Tomorrow is Mardi Gras, or Pancake Day as it’s known in many parts. It’s the final day before Lent, when all the rich foods and sweets need to be cleared out so they won’t tempt you during the fast. Still, many folks who don’t fast during Lent still celebrate Pancake Day.
