This House Is Made Largely From Recycled Telegraph Poles

Malaysia's telegraph poles have been torn down in recent years, which provided WHBC Architects with a delightful option when their British clients requested their new Malaysian home be constructed with reclaimed wood.

Aside from offering the perfect strength and size for the home's support structures, they also provide a unique look as the aged wood has developed a thick patina after being exposed to the elements over the years.

The open plan home allows for ample natural ventilation, allowing the home to remain comfortably cool without any air conditioner use.
