Duncan Lou Who is a boxer whose back legs were so deformed that they were removed. Panda Paws Rescue in Vancouver, an organization for special needs dogs, took him in and gave him a chance at life. Duncan lives with Annie, another boxer who is missing her front legs. Duncan has a set of wheels, but he prefers to run free, which he does very well!
