It pays to read the ingredients on product labels. My daughter was looking for a breakfast cereal with no sugar in it, and we found out quickly that you’re not going to find any such thing in the cereal aisle. Over in the health food section, all the cold cereals listed an ingredient called “organic dehydrated cane syrup.” Which is a clever euphemism for “sugar.”
Rob Cockerham has been reading ingredients as well, and wants to warn you about the high price of water. When you grab the lesser-price bottle of something, is it really a bargain, or are you paying for half a bottle of water? He goes through several products, like “pre-diluted” antifreeze. Not all of them are honest enough to be labeled “pre-diluted.”
I was amazed to see the giant bulk sizes of some items had a higher unit cost, not a lower one, as one would assume. "Let me get the really big one. I have the storage space, so lets save a few bucks..." ends up costing more sometimes. Gotta check.

Is not the Prestone on the right labeled 'pre-diluted'? It is definitely not the bargain, I'll grant you that.

Shredded Wheat has no added sugar. Also cereals that need to be cooked like oatmeal are sugar free.

Yes, shredded wheat, the large biscuit type, not the mini frosted ones.
