Yes, "harassed" is spelled that way throughout the report. I checked the original story at Fox 4 (still autoplay video) to see if Ken Rohde really spells his name like that, and it first appears that he does. But then the text also refers to the chicken breed as "Rohde island red," so your guess is as good as mine. Sure, I misspell words, too, but I correct them when someone points them out.
