Clipping Your Fingernails in Space

While few people are lucky enough to face the issue of how best to clip their nails in zero gravity, this video of Commander Chris Hadfield demonstrating his technique is a great reminder for everyone that containing and disposing of nail clippings is the way to go.

It should also be possible ot add a little sticky tape to a conventioal nail clipper to catch the clipped nail fragments.

I'd have thought that he would have put his hand and the clippers into a plastic bag, then cut the nails inside there.
I was amused by the idea that they will "vacuum" the air intake duct later . . . in space. Do they just hook up a hose to an outlet port, or will that create dangerous space debris?
