Dancing Cats

(YouTube link)

Now, I have no idea what this song is about, but apparently it's ¥1,000 off. I still watched it through more than once. I'm embarrassed to say how many times. -via Everlasting Blort

Update: Daniel Kim has some information about this ad in the comments. -Thanks!

"Sen yen off" is a thousand yen off.
This seems to be a promotion for a hot springs resort (an 'onsen')
Buckets and the head towels are used in hot springs, but the resort would also have many food items and drinks as well as other entertainments.

There is a series of short commercials like this playing here in Japan on TV. This looks like the long web campaign version. This commercial is promoting a website called Jalan. It's a website that lets you search for Ryokan (Japanese-style hotels), regular hotels, and hot springs. Seems like the emphasis on is hot springs. Here's the link to the English version of the website.
