An aristocrat who has fallen on hard times, he somehow makes do with a small full-time staff of two old, but loyal adult humans. Although he can pay them little beyond kisses and tail-wagging approval for their efforts on his behalf, the rest of his small pension goes to his grooming to keep up appearances, treats, and the occasional doggie daycare date.
