Graffiti With Something to Say

Street artist Mobstr always ensures his work says something...literally. His sarcastic, pithy messages are a refreshing and humorous alternative to all the political graffiti many of us are used to seeing. Plus, they have the benefit of being something you can't disagree with.

Why is it "Salsa clase"? Why not "Salsa class(es)"? I realise "clase" is Spanish, but the rest of the sign is in English. And even if it were Spanish, wouldn't it be "Clase(s) de Salsa"? And what does it say in smaller font right after "clase"?

...oh there is some graffiti there as well?

Looks like he included an apostrophe at least! And what deadly gang tags with correct punctuation? Seems rather innocuous, even though it is illegal.
