Ford Model A Half-Track

This 1931 Ford Model A has been heavily modified to get it through the snowy winters of the Great Lakes region. You can swap the front wheels for skis, a process the owner describes as "like changing a tire." It's for sale on eBay.

I have ridden in one of these snow Model T's

In the 1980's in the small town of East Jordan, MI there was an old guy who gave rides in his flat bed truck Model T during the winter fest. It had the tracks in the back and the skis in the front. Pretty fast too.

In the 20's & 30's a number of companies made all sorts of conversion kits for the Ford A & Ford T. One popular kit converted the car into a farm tractor. The Pullford come to mind, if do a google image search you'll see a bunch of them.
