Dull and Boring are together at last!
Remember the Neatorama story posted by Miss Cellania that told us the village of Dull in Perthshire, Scotland proposed to partner up with the Oregon logging town of Boring?
It's now official:
With a unanimous "aye" from 38 Boring residents tonight, the unincorporated Clackamas County town and a small village in Scotland became "A Pair for the Ages."
