Stained Glass TARDIS

By John Farrier in Art & Design, Crafts, Entertainment, Science Fiction on Feb 27, 2012 at 8:21 pm

For an art class project, Alexandria made this stained glass TARDIS. The top comes off, so she plans to use it to store candy. Keep an eye out for her future projects, which Alexandria says will have Doctor Who and Star Trek themes.

I hope she uses a liner if she’s using it for food. The solder is not food safe.

If she used 60/40 or 50/50 solder it isn’t safe for food or handling around food but if she used Silver Gleam or another lead free solder it is ok around food.

But is it bigger on the inside so it can hold LOTS of candy?

That’s just awesome! I think it’d be great with a candle inside it
