This Half-Life Barnacle by German artist Daniel Ritthanondh is incredibly detailed and realistic, but it's too damn creepy to actually use in any respectable home. Would any of you actually put this up?
To bring out my "creative" side I love to add a touch of whimsy, interest and dimension with chalks and mists on the background and by paper rolling and layering for added dimension. I try to apply just enough of both to give it visual interest but not too much as it takes away from the clean look.
I just wish Valve would make a more realistic-looking and less stuffed-animal-looking hatcrab. Or a cat costume that looks like a headcrab. I would then rename my cat "Lamar".
