Quick word association game for you: What's the first thing that comes to mind when I say "Free Bird." Jousting? Yeah, me too. "Sweet Home Alabama." You thought of Merlin, didn't you?

These associations aren't so far-fetched. Classic rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd just announced that they're planning on opening "Lynyrd Skynyrd BBQ & Beer at the Excalibur" later this year. It will look like a ""ram-shackled structure in the backwoods of Jacksonville," which sounds like a perfect match for the Medieval-themed Excalibur hotel.
