Old. It's neither fake nor photoshopped--not really. It's a 3D concept model. I don't know why real pictures haven't been uploaded if the thing really has been built.

Also of interest, this house is slated to be built entirely underground. There's a central atrium that goes to the ground level, which is the only source of natural light in the house.

It is so lonely at the top. This hermit doesn't plan to have more than him or herself getting out of the pool, leaving a wet path clear through to the master closet... mildew indeed.

I would never, ever get tired of doing that, not once. I would do it all the time. You would have to drag my wet, wrinkly butt out of there every single day. As for closet rot...I don't need no stinkin' clothes!
