Tiny Art Director Contest Winner

Hello, Neatoramanauts! Thank you for participating in the Tiny Art Director contest on NeatoBambino earlier this week!

Congratulations to Wendy, CheeseThief, TheRhube and nepomuk who got signed copies of Bill Zeman‘s book Tiny Art Director.

The Grand Prize of a custom drawing went to Maceo24 who requested "A daddy and baby dragon picking their teeth with a devoured knight’s sword. Armor can be laying on the ground and the baby dragon can be playing dress-up with the devoured princess’ clothes."

I find it awesome. My daughter, however, said, “No daddy dragon, need baby and mommy dragon!”

A bit too dirivitive of the “Sometimes the Dragon Wins.” tee shirt that I bought from Dancing Dragon years ago.

I do agree it should be a mommy dragon, but since the winner was male, I understand the male bias.

It might be too subtle for a gore loving child, but I do prefer it with litle or no blood.

I didn’t care for it much. It seems like a confusing picture.

What exactly makes this a “daddy” dragon? The lack of mammaries on a reptile? I don’t see any external genitalia, but I wouldn’t expect to.

Tell you kid it’s a mommy, if there’s something wrong with a family outing involving a father and child.
