It's a car accessory for preventing tailgating, usually sold in pairs. You hook a chain to the hook and the other end to the back of the car, spaced tire-width apart. Hilarious cure for the guy doing sudoku, eating a breakfast burrito, and talking on the phone while commuting five feet from your car.

i think it is a shoe hanger for your shoes so that you don't have to tare apart your house just to look for your shoes. I would like the funny myth-busters "Busted" tee shirt.

It's obviously a kid hanger. Or a nerd hanger. Fits on almost any size anything with enough room to fit the hook. It's a hanger for sides of meat going into a standing smoker. I used to have a bunch of them, back when i had a standing smoker.

I miss my smoker :(

It is indeed, a bacon hook, but not for the reasons mentioned above.

No smokey-flavor-pork-product-goodness is harmed in the use of this device.

Its name comes from its creator Sir Francis Bacon. He invented it for those frilly collars they used to wear back in the olden days. "Ye Olde DryCleanyr"(sic)used to place the collars on this hook so they would hold their shape as they were being cleaned.

Ironically, the thin slices of material used to for these collars were actual bacon.

It is a rack to hang, smoke and dry meat for jerky. Stainless so it can be sterilized. I happen to have 30 racks hanging up right now. Fun Fact: The guy that said 'tie rack' is not far off. I have seen the points fitted with a rounded piece of plastic and sold as tie racks!!!!
