I am still not sure if my streaking technique is up to par on cookies, but hey I’m working with royal icing not agar. However, I did improve my counts of isolated colonies by loading on the nonpareils this time.

Oh, even though the culture broth jello shots are a horrible idea unless you’re already stone drunk, our lab undergrads like throwing parties that serve drinks in flasks and beakers.
One time a guy tried bringing some bunsen burners over, they hooked them up to a jury-rigged propane tank, and some bad things happened. I must advise against that.
