Comments on: The Dubai Fountain

The lake that the fountain is on is right next to the Persian Gulf. It’s not like this is set in the middle of nothing but sand for days. It becomes a lot more problematic if it’s a freshwater fountain — but is that less environmentally nuts than any of the other building they’ve been doing in Dubai?

with a little probing into the game’s files, you can get the MP3 file of Baba Yetu. (go into my computer, cuise to where it’s stored, open game file Assets, Then Sounds, soundtrack, then you will find it labled Opening Menu)

I’m torn. I love Wet Designs’ work, both at Bellagio and here, but how can it be an ecologically responsible idea putting huge fountains in the middle of the desert?

And why oh why do they always use that insipid Time To Say Goodbye?

great fountains, but music that cloying and inane should be punishable by something really really awful
