big deal! he wants some help and can afford it! He’s not really asking for anyone with specific requirements, so the hourly rate is fine! If you can afford a PA why the fuck not?

I’m with DW on this. It’s no different than someone hiring a housekeeper. Sounds like everybody’s just ranting about him because he’s a young college student.

If the boy feels that his time is that precious, and he has the means to afford an assistant, I say go for it! I know plenty of people who would be happy to apply.

Dude. In the amount of time it would take me to plan and write an email with time estimates of tasks for the day, I could load my own laundry, schedule my own hair appointment, and organize my own closet. Maybe he’s just trying to put on some weight.

Here’s a guy who is going to school full time and working a part-time job, most likely in his field of study. Financial services not barista. It may be a little like working to pay the babysitter, but it’s more like paying the babysitter to pad your resume. But he’s only paying $36-84 per week. If it gives him more time to study and/or party then I can see why we would all be so jealous. I think the man is brilliant.

I don’t get what the big deal is? he’s rich and he doesn’t want to do laundry etc… happens everyday. do you do your own dry cleaning? deliver your own packages?
