I’m from/live in Chicago, and we didn’t want it anyway; the mayor did, but no one I know did. The schools, communities, and public transportation system need that money we would have thrown at it more.

Well, Obama did try and should get props for that. I’m sure that if he didn’t try he’d get flack from that too.
