The Sandwich Art of Mark Northeast

Mark Northeast is a UK-based food artist who creates sandwiches in the forms of unique images, such as the caterpillar above, to encourage kids to eat a varied diet. He hopes to soon come out with a photobook of his work.

    Cool… website has a lot of nice sandwich arts… though if I was the kid, I probably won’t touch the caterpillar art.

    It’s neat – but I still tend towards the “There’s your dinner – you don’t have to like it, but it’s what there is today.” method.
