Yeah well if you take Mythbusters as the measure for truthfinding…
And so what if they need 5 million or 5 billion? The fact that it will be done and that Captain Slow will do it is amazing enough.

But How will they make the walls and floors? Will they only use the stones as cladding and decoration while they make the loadbaring construction of steel and wood? Or do they make the whole thing out of those tiny bricks, double walls, I-beams and all? That makes a load of difference in the number of stones needed. And the glue they need…

I never understood the appeal of LEGO. To me it always seemed a mess that I would have to clean up, so I always opted for board games. yes, even as young as 4.

I’d love to see the follow up article. Mythbusters only needed one million blocks for their ball, it was the original viral video that claimed to have used five million. Still, I bet they end up scrapping their plan and doing a one story house.

Seems very unlikely. Since Mythbusters needed 5 million plus just to make a ball, it’s unlikely they’ll be able to make walls thick enough to support a two story house – unless they cheat.
