As well I should mention the construction of her couch/pool table is markedly different than the one you’ve shown. It is extremely sturdy. They don’t make ‘em like they used to, I guess.

my friend has one of their earlier convertable couches. circa the 1940′s. I doubt this one from the 70′s is a prototype as my friends predates this one by about 40 years. it is for sale if anyone is interested e-mail at sarahlupagus@yahoo.com

“Do Not Lean on the Table.” Nevermind, the table will almost definitely become slanted over time. Then there’s the chalk stains that will eventually become indelible. Nice try, though.
