And the universal standard is YYYY-MM-DD, meaning this has zero universal appeal. Oh, and Hobbit day was already being celebrated - it's called Gay Pride. So put some tassels on those furry feat and march out there, mister, cuz it's coming up! Just last Saturday here in Maputo (Mozambique), we had paragraph readings at check points, a whiskey/Bailey's stop, followed by a dinner of boiled cabbages, bacon and mashed potatoes. Which goes to show that just because we're a drinking club with a running problem, doesn't mean some of us can't read! Various chapters of the Hash House Harriers around the world do a Bloomsday run.
