This honey cake is baked inside a Honey Baked Ham shell and topped with a lovely little slice of pineapple. It is a one up to the meat to cake ratio of the bacon cupcake.

Well Jelly is ok, so long as it doesn’t have chunks of fruit in it.
I hate hate hate apple pie, peach cobbler, cherry pie, whatever.
If there are chunks in it…. yuck.

LisaL, do you not like ham during the holidays? They make that with chunks or even slices of pineapple! Quit being a sissy and bringing the rest of us down. As far as the “fetish” with bacon…IT IS GOOD!!!! And bacon with sweets it is a natural combination. Sweet and salty. The same as trail mix! I think this is one of the best things that I have come across in a long time!
