I hate these reports that generalize. They drink goats’ milk “regularly,” and use a “lot” of olive oil, etc. How much milk? How much olive oil? Which greens do they eat? How do they pepare them? How do they assimilate protein into their eating habits, since they aren’t eating much fish?

Never mind the living longer, we’re all doing that anyway, its the lack of dementia I find interesting and study-worthy.

Haven’t we reached the point in our understanding of science to ignore this sort of investigation. First, find an isolated, statistically different population. Second, attribute the difference to your pet theory. Third, go on the lecture circuit selling herbal teas.
