Add a pinch of salt to the recipe. I also used chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Be sure and spray the mug with no stick spray and cut the time down to 2 minutes. It wasn't rubbery and very tasty!! I've also exchanged the chocolate chips for peanut butter chips!!! My husband and grandkids love it!!! My version came in at around 600 calories, but of course it tasted so yucky that I consumed maybe 50 of those calories.
