It was sent by recorded delivery from Venezuela to Barcelona via London.
Now police have arrested a 35-year-old Spanish man, known only as JVLL, who is believed to have received the crockery in the mail, after an international investigation.
They believe JVLL was forced into the deal by Venezuelan drug lords. The dealers had hoped to treat the drug and then sell it in Catalonia, police said.

So you’re in support of Venezuelan drug lords? I mean, I don't trust pharmaceutical companies either, but at least they aren’t gunning people down in the streets who don't want to work for them. I don't know if you’re trying to say if we need drug cartels for economical competition with companies or drop bombs on both of them.
A small levy on each item of approved tableware would allow the system to pay for itself, though raising sufficient to ensure each community has sufficient well paid and well trained plate-wardens might prove burdensome if costs aren't kept down. Perhaps we could employ ex bankers as plate-checkers.
Won't somebody think of the children?
He must have had a catalogue from the East Colombian Trafficking Company. I hear you can get a nice chess set made out of bricks of Acapulco gold.
Did you know that 100% of high school shooters were on prescription drugs? They try not to let you know that.
I would rather have a few capitalist trying to make an honest buck by providing an in demand product shooting each other, than have random kids shooting each other after taking a drug that some drug company had to convince their parents they wanted/needed.
We may as well stop trying to fight the importation of bad (untaxed) drugs. We are so doped up in this society that we think we have the right to drop bombs on anyone we don't like. (mostly really poor people) That may be a symptom of having a society walking around doped up on all the good (taxed) drugs.
There is a great 46 minute movie out called "Big Bucks, Big Pharma" It really is worth watching.

I'll skim it later when I'm not at work when I'm not at work and need a dose of dogma probably from the cult of Scientology.

That's because they were and depressed, suicidal and/or had other mental issues that we're not being dealt with properly. The problem is that it requires the person taking them to actualy take responcibility to get themselves better, but there is an amount of people that would rather just piss their life away and take as many people with them. If there were'nt any of these medications available these shootings would still happen.
Some of what big pharm is about is totally screwed up. My great grandfather was Alfred M. Hubbard (Google him some time), so I trust the government about as far as I can spit them from my mouth. But your statements imply that cocaine is just as good, if not better than a medication doctors in America give their patients. What proof do you have of this?
1. Are you implying that cocaine would be a better choice for kids with emotional instability? Do South American drug lords have the right to compete on the global market for patients? Further, is big pharm to blame for school shootings? Do you at least have a correlation study (which you later state are government propaganda, btw) to support this?
2. Are the methods employed by drug lords morally superior to pharmaceutical companies in the U.S.A.? Really? Are detailed descriptions of mass torture, murder, corruption, rape, terrorism, abduction, slavery (etc.) actually lies upheld by "the man" to keep down cocaine saints who actually weave teddy bears for orphans? Blind orphans with mobility impairments?
3. Are you a troll who is attempting to sideline a story about a unique smuggling method in order to push an uninformed, illogical, and mostly psychotic agenda because in reality you wish you could roll in a bed of powder everyday?
Grampy Captain Trips? When you were young you didn't happen to come across his magic suitcase in basement did you?
