   I'm thinking the weird guy at the end is an air marshall wannabe.

   ...and stuff like this is why Southwest doesn't suck and consistently retains top marks in customer satisfaction. Are the other airlines taking note? If not, they should.

   If I heard rapping on a flight... I'd pray that we'd crash so the suffering would end. To rap you need only one requirement: Stupidity.

   glen. i understand that most rap is pretty dumb, but his was pretty damn sweet. it was funny and a lot more attention grabbing than your usual in-flight instructions. stop being such a hater. maybe if you smoked a little chronic, you would be a little less bitter and rude.

    Yes, rap sucks, but that at least shows he's trying to make the flight experience more enjoyable.

    This is why southwest has gone from my least favorite to airline of choice (i fly at least every other month if not more often then that). they don't take their job to seriously! i've had some great flight attendants on their airline.
