The year before in January it was orange too. I doubt it ever anything but orange, and can easily just state that if you see any suspicious behavior to airport security without this stupid colour coded fear index. I mean, how do you really tell suspicious behavior other then the white guys in baseball caps with their eyes darting back and forth through the crowds, who are probably there LOOKING for suspicious behavior. How about a situation where you falsly accuse something of suspicious behavior, doesn't that leave you liable in a court of law? Anyways...
